Are you new to the Stafford Area and looking for something to do during the day with your kids? Maybe you'd like to find something fun to do as a family over the weekend. Maybe you've even been a Stafford resident for a period of time but just haven't had an opportunity to do many local things.

This site was designed with you in mind. As a mother of 3 kids myself, I know how valuable your time is. I was forever searching for things to do and could never find everything I needed all in one place. That's why we've created this site; it's designed to be your one-stop resource for anything and everything to do in Stafford, Virginia (and the surrounding areas) with kids!

This site is as good as the people who use it, so please feel free to contact us and send along suggestions. As hard as we try to be complete, there are always new ideas out there and we will post anything that seems relevant, so please, send along your favorite things to do.

A celebration of the arts in Old Town Fredericksburg with new exhibit openings in downtown galleries, food and drink, 6 to 9:30 p.m. FREE 706 Caroline St. Fredericksburg, VA 22401

"Music by Moonlight"
is a 7 to 9 p.m. free concert sponsored by the Fredericksburg Big Band in conjunction with The Salvation Army Women's Auxiliary. Any donations are used to send needy children in Fredericksburg and surrounding counties to a summer camp. Food, cookies, popcorn, and drinks are available for sale at the concert. FREE. SPCA Walk for the Animals
